I hear people asking ? about black smoke comming from exhaust and i tell them that it might be to rich.
Now i c my car with balck smoke coming out. Is that meaning my car runing rich?

Yes, black smoke is unburned fuel... translation: RICH.
It is not a bad thing... just not the best for maximum fuel economy !!!

NGK ZFR6F-11....correct? Yeah, my plugs are basicly light brown w/grayish yellow tint to them. That is what all the manuals say they are suppose to look like. Other than that my plugs look very clean. Yours seem to be cool from your description.

I also have the black smoke coming from the exahust. But, I check my plugs very frequently and they have been perfect evry time. I change my plugs 3 times a year and each time I go to the track(I run Zex plugs at the track).
Just keep and eye on your A/F gauge and your plugs. You plugs will not fail you.
